Sounds like your in a dilemma danny, lol. my freind just bought a 200 watt Randall Classic head for 125, bought a behringer 4x12 cab for 229. now that may be about 50 bucks or so over your budget, but lemme tell ya, that amp has all of the balls you will ever need. the overdrive is real classic-rock styled because of the way the EQ is (put a graphic eq in the FX loop, and look out... ;) ) and the clean channel is pretty good too, with an optional bright switch. but hey, wat do i know? im all about gettin as much bang for the buck as i can, lol. ne ways, hope that this helped, and take care!
