Anybody know how to get blood out of a carpet?

any pictures?

I've only got a Minolta Maxxum 7000 so I gotta get em deloped first.
I'm definitely taking pics though so you'll have to wait till they get developed and scanned.

so wen u walked, did it like squirt out on every step? b/c that would be pretty shicken(my new word, it'll go universal someday) sweet! but u keep mentioning blotches...i kno it squirted all over, but have u done this before? i'm thinkin ur runnin a sweat shop and a kid got cut badly from the heavy machinery...but if the spot shot cleaner was workin y don't u go buy more?! scratch the sweat shop idea...dumb

did u get stiches? u could prob hide things in ur foot

Nice camera. I work in a photo studio/colour lab, so you see the interest.

Hate to tell you this bro but you may as well start shopping for another carpet. Not only will it not come all the way out but it will stink after awhile. Not to mention the possibility of disease. I had the dubious honer of cleaning up after a suicide and two murders and blood just ruins everything. We even had the industrial rug shampooers and shop vacs and could'nt get it all up.

Actually, I think did a pretty decent job. I used a product called "Spot Shot" and it's almost like it disappears as you spray it. Then you put a towel over the spot and put your full weight on it, then go over it again & finish up with Oxi Clean. Last step was using a bissel power lifter to clean the whole thing cause it smells like lighter fluid.
Anyways, end result of this groovy night was my third toe is completely numb now. I musta severed the nerve or something cause it feels like I've got a big sausage stuck to my foot.

You might want to go to the hospital for that one. I would go even if you think you will only get like 3 stitches.....two words: pain killers!!!
I go to the hospital all the time. I went 5 times last summer alone.

It is pretty hardcore though that you were posting while you were shooting blood 2 feet out of your foot.

I just bust out laughing when I get cut pretty bad (like needing stitches bad) or I get hurt. I sliced my foot open in one of my friends basement's last year. I ended up getting 9 stitches, but it was funny when people took a look at it while it was still dripping blood all over the carpet. This one chick almost passes out, and everyone else was borderline freaking out. What do I do? I start laughing hardcore. It was the funniest thing ever because I got stitches no more than 2 weeks before on my eyebrow. I was like "are you kidding me" I pretty much have my owne bed reserved for me in the emergance room now, I love it.
I don't know what my friend's mom used to clean it up though. Must have been some good stuff cuz there was blood everywhere!
