Get rid of all effects. Is the clean chanel just as bad as the dirty one? I can't use my blue voodoo at certin bars with certin neon beer signs. In the same place my sovtek MIG-50 is not noisey. You may have a bad ground or noise spikes. If push comes to shove take the amp back and try it again at the store. Or sell it and buy a sovtek MIG-50 or marshall.
