Hi Yann,
I use "Drumkit From Hell" with Battery through Cubase SX. Basically, I program the drums through the midi function on Cubase using the Battery drum map from Drum Kit From Hell.
The package is great, it's basically a huge library of every drum in a Sonor kit sampled at different velocities. I spent a fair bit of time getting some of the beats together but plan on changing a lot of them, the only problem is that it takes so long. I have a few cd's with a live drummer too but I find it a lot easier to write music at home in my own studio without having to rely on someone else. I have to say, it can be a lot easier using a real drummer though!
There are a lot of packages out there, some more basic. I prefer the midi programmable ones because you can tweek the beats at a later stage (unlike sampled loops) and make your own unique rythms. Another package I am thing of buying at the moment is Stormdrum by Quantum Leap. It looks really good. If you are looking to start making stuff at home I can give you a few tips if you want, there are cheaper options out there for getting started on.
Later,
D
