Does anyone know of a site where you can get drum beats, bass lines or other insturments and put 'em together so you can jam along with it? And you dont have to become a member or anything like that.

Try using Google to search for anything with the words "loops" in it.
There's tons of free loop sites on the net. All you need is a way to play them in beat. Sometimes stuff like Quicktime will work but for best results you'll need recording software (you can get ProTools Free) or something like ReCycle.

Try here for starters:

www.GuitarVoice.com has a little over a couple hundred backing tracks. Some are stylistic and some are actual songs you'd know. Backing Tracks are like karaoke for guitarists...everything but the guitar.
