Same here... except I would never get tired of luggin it around... I would probably dump my other luggage before even my most beat up guitar. Besides, think about what great character the guitar will have after backpacking in Europe... you could get stickers for each country you visit and stick on there and BAM, your guitar just got cooler. Sounds like a good time to me!
