Try to play a 16 thriplets(16th notes, groups 6) One methronome click & your 6 notes...it's very easy way, if you want counting how many notes you playing in a second(in my country - 95% guitarists think about it:^)) For example You will get a methronome at 100bps, it means that you play-10 notes in a second...(please don't push me:))
