Best A/B Switch?
Hey all, just wondering what A/B or A/B/Y switches you use. I want to move to a dual amp setup, one for clean and one for dirty and I need an switcher. I was looking at the Morley, but it seems to have mixed reviews on musiciansfriend.com, as do the other switchers they have there. I don't want to spend a ton of money on one, just need something rugged that will get the job done. Thanks for the input!

Good
Better
Best if you can find one.
There are other's, but an A/B/Y pedal isn't something you wan't to skimp on unless you want a lot of ground loop hum.

I use the Morley A/B/Y switcher and have not had any problems with it so far. It was only about $45 at Sam Ash. Be sure to get a A/B/Y switcher if you want to run both amps at the same time.
I use it for the setup you described. I run a Marshall JCM 800 into a 4X12 for the overdrive and a Marshall JCM 900 into a 4x10 for the clean.

PRSplaya, those last two are quite a bit more than I was looking to spend. I guess I should have mentioned I was looking for something under $100. How do the Radial and Morley compare, quality wise? Those are both in the price range I'm looking for. I agree about not skimping on gear, even if it's something like an A/B switcher. I'm not planning on running both amps at the same time, so I guess I really only need an A/B. So I guess the correct question I should have asked was, whats the best one for under $100? Thanks again for the input guys.

Personaly I would go with the Radial Hotshot. It's got more options incase you run into ground loop problems or phase problems.
