I assume you mean "without lead."

And it's actually very different vocally, melodically, rhythmically, and harmonically from other forms of metal.

Nope.

Symphony X=prog metal and Children of Bodom=black metal
And Iced Earth at one point was Death Metal but has recently become more Nu Metal...sadly.

Joe...what is your exact signal chain?

Guitars,...Effects...amps...etc.
Sample of my music ETHEREAL
ALL MY MUSIC SOUNDS BEST...WITH SOME GOOD PHONES, AND PLAYED REALLY LOUD!!!!!!!!!

Try POWER DVD or a real piece of software.
WMP, Realplayer, and those little things kill...recordings...muffle them..take away the stereo field.

Sounds more like dream theater than nu metal to me- but nice man i like and- one thing wtf? new metal came around in the nintees and the 08's were when people started SHREDDING , when nu metal first came about there was less general soloing

I know but that was numetal,this is nu-numetal lol

I notice there are alot more newer bands playing lead guitar,somehow numetal bands took this out of their music and failed.. :D

It's like taking the violin out of classical music,aint going to happen..lol

Give them an A for trying .
