Hooo... that's a heafty question. Can I ask how long you've been playing guitar? It is good that you want to train your ears as that's, in my opinion, the truest way to compose. But the catch is there is no way to get fast results from training your ear. It takes a lot of time and a lot of dedication. If you start to slack up your progress will quite literally back track. Most, if not all, people will charge you for their services too, some are good on price, others are incredibly expensive. Other than that, if you're willing to shell out a few bucks and a lot of time, you will happily understand music on a higher level. That being said you can probably find something through google if you search for ear training there. That being said, good luck to ya.

Well, I'll just tell you how I improved my ear. It was due to laziness. The music studio I work at moved a couple of months ago to a new, bigger place. So during the moving process the tuners got moved to far away from where I give guitar lessons and what not. So I just started tuning by ear, and that is all.

Akira speaks very accurate truth. I've been playing for 3 years and I'm pretty much just now having an easier time understanding things. I'll save you trouble and tell you that if you sit there and listen to various notes and try to memorize them then you're wasting valuable time that could be spent developing other skills. A perfectly trained ear is a pretty high on the list thing to shoot for. But dammit to hell if I'm not going to 100% encourage you to listen your best asap. That's the primary thing you have to do is listen. The rest is just over time.
