if anyone could give me some good chord progressions to learn it would be good so i can just strum through somethin and bust out some lyrics.

Hey i don't know of any as such, i usually just mess aournd with them see whats sounds kool!!!! But i would look at some Bob Dylan songs if ya wanna sing and play. great way to practice, just a thought!!!!!

Use any of the basic open chords G,C,D,A,E and put em in any order. Basically any neil young or bob dylan song for ya.
