Hi its me again, I'd like to get some information about this gear. I know a lot of things about it but still, I'd like to know what those who use it think about it. I don't have what we call one of the best voices and I'd like to sing something like in flames (voice with distortion) cause the way I sing, even if it sounds great, is not good for my throath and well, the good way to sing is hard for me... I'd like to know if any of you could tell me if it could work even if I have troubles like this with my voice.

well, you plug your SM58 into it, and plug the other end into an amp, adjust the preamp, dial up a patch and your good to go. There is an on/off switch, a patch advance switch and an expression pedal for pitch shifting effects.

It is a nice bit of kit if you like that sort of thing.

It can be used to add anything from a subtle verb to voice transformations using patches like "Wizard", "chipmunk" and "monster"

I had one but never used it. It also wont supply phantom power for condenser mics.
My instructors page and www.studiotrax.net for all things recording.
