Changing Inlays (Possible or Impossible?)

Is it possible to get inlays on the fretboard changed? Like, theres this LP i want but it has dot inlays and i hate that, i want the inlays on some of the SGs,like this...

You know what i mean? half of the fret is the wood and the other has the inlay? Idk i had been wondering but how could you it seems impossible.

Yeah,probly not worth doing that...just buy a real LP(gibson).It would be cheaper than modding the epi,thats for sure.
