Hey, i can't quote you any particular Scales as such, but i know rhandy rhodes liked classical minor stuff and talks about diminshed chords which he would then work his scale off i guess. so if you want to sound like him practise as much classical stuff as possible, preferably in a minor key. this was his approach any way!!! good luck
