need new amp

hey guys i need a new amp cause my 15watt is no way loud enough and it distortes when u push it to 10. I am soon to be gigging and my band plays lots of indie stuff like the libertines,the futureheads,the strokes,babyshambles and we also play stuff like the pixies. We just do small places and we always borrow gear.But i need a good amp for around £500 to use at band practice and stuff. And i was looking at the fender hot rod deluxe would it be any good for indie and stuff like that?

If any1 has one can you tell me about it

Is that what you want?Its enough for a gig as far as power goes(40 tube watts,which is ample).It wont knock down walls,but if a pristine clean is a must,then the HR might be your thing.Good price and I can picture it fitting right with the indie image...
