I have put Sperzel tuners on a bunch of guitars (LPs/Strats). It is not difficult. However if you are a bit nervous take you're PRS down to your local guitar shop and have them do it. They will charge you about 25 bucks labour plus the cost of the tuners and if they screw it up they are responsible for making good there botches !
