american legacy guitar

would anyone mind going to www.americanlegacyguitar.com and checking out the $200 acoustic? I wanted to know if it was a rip off or whether it was a good deal, I saw it first on one of those infomercials. It is heavaly endorsed by a guitar player by the name of esteban but Im not sure if he is reputable or not.

I would have to advise against it. My dad bought me one for my b-day as a first acustic. It does come with 2 learning books and 2 dvd's that are pretty good, but the guitar isn't the greastest. It has good bass response but overall tone it just ehh. It sounds ok in reg tuning but sounds crappy in different tunings. Also, the louder you play, the crappier it sounds. I would recommend getting an ariana, they are very good for the price. My bro bought the $100 one and i think it sounds better than the legacy. It came with a soft case, picks, strap, and a tuner. theres a couple there, , the first one is the one my bro got. As for esteban, hes reputable.

Esteban is a good guitarist but his products are mainly crap. When he sells you a $200 guitar and tells you its EXACLY like his $10,000 guitar, you would think why he spent $10,000 on a guitar that is sold to ALL public for less than the price of an XBOX. :confused: :confused:

Esteban is just trying to promote the American Legacy guitar so he can make a small fortune from the companies for endrosing their products.
