Ok i just flippin found this post i made awhile ago, moved from the open section (sorry again). Yea I've been listening to both Vai and Satch lately and I like how all their songs are just huge guitar solos. I'm seeing a lot of parallels in their techniques though.... maybe cause the were so close to the same age and the fact that they probably spent a lot of time together.
