dude i think he should let the parents make that descision. after all she does belong to them. it's not like her husband gave birth to her and raised,clothed fed, etc. you get the point. if he wanted his hands clean of her whole deal, he shoud have let the parents take the legal responsiblity for her back in 93 when they tried to and he fought them over it in court. i guess what i am trying to say is he should let the parents make that choice.
