Today I got Carlos Santanas Supernatural 74 times platinum and some Virgin radio crap for £22 which isnt bad seeing as the Santana Cd was £18 and the Virgin was £20 so its was a good deal.

This weekend I bought the best of Joe Walsh. It didn't have "life's been good to me" on it. What a rip off. And I got Aerosmth's new cd, "just push play". It's got a few good songs it. I bought the cd hoping that Aerosmith could maybe redeem theirselves after the whole superbowl thing. They made up a little ground in my eyes, I guese.

Miles Davis - Kind Of Blue.
Despite this being one of the best albums of all time, and me being a huge Miles fan, I didn't own a copy till recently. Does that ever happen to anybody else, you spend so much time listening to other people's copies, or you borrow albums, and you end up not buying some of your favorite things?
Also, The Grand Silent System - They Who Built.

Last few CD's bought in a sale 5 for £30 at Virgin:-

Floored Genius - The Best Of Julian Cope
Staring At The Sea - The Cure Singles 1979 - 1985
Nirvana - Incesticide
U2 - Rattle And Hum
Reef - Glow

Then I got greedy and bought the Best of Jimi Hendrix Special Edition (with bonus previuosly unreleased tracks)
and
The new U2 album All That You Can't Leave Behind.
I thought I'd been good and saved money, until I bought the last two. Anyway my wife would probably have spent twice as moch on a pair of shoes she does not need and will only wear once or twice, at least my CD's won't go to waste.
It takes 3 chords, 2 fingers and one asshole to play rock'n'roll
