Not me. I think the simpsons are overdone. They've been around so long I think it's time to just call it a night. Mind you I don't even watch tv as a whole so their presence doesn't bug me as much as I let on. I will safely admit that there are far worse shows than the simpsons and that Homer can be funny on an occasion. But I am far from a fan.

I am definately a fan. They are representitive of the typical dysfuncional family. Believe me I know, I can really really relate to Bart.

The Simpsons is a great show. My favorite is Homer, he's so dumb. Hemakes me feel smart. The wife's favorite is Ralphie. She's wierd. Ralphie says, "My cats breath smells like catfood."

One of my favorites...a halloween episode...

lisa-"Dad,your hand is caught in the toaster!"

homer-"ahhhhh!ahhhh!ahhhhh!....ahhhhh...uhhhh....uhh"

Bart-"Dad,its in there again!!"

homer repeats...

Must see to realize how funny it is.

haha thats whats great about the simpsons, it does all comedy styles (pretty much) like when bart sells his soul an they test to see if bart can laugh an homer gets stuck in the stairs with the dog bitin his ass. and then it has the clever snidey remarks that show a real understandin of society. dead stupid and dead clever at the same time its great!

I like the Simpsons. I don't watch it religously, but if I catch it when it's on, I'll watch it. It makes me laugh. :D
Sometimes I hit notes only dogs can hear.

The most recent was very funny...

Homer-"don't worry about the suv's,theres a slight curve ahead!"

"A bunch of SUV's tumble off the road at a little bend in the freeway with one catching fire".

It reminded me of pony's tale of the girl rolling her suv over snapping her neck that wasn't wearing a seatbelt.

I rarely watch it. I have probably seen less then 10 episodes, but I do like it. I watch futurama alot more, mainly because futurama is on at late night and that's usually when I'm watching t.v. anyway. but I love I think are both hilariously great shows.

"Good news everyone!"

I liked the early episodes but the recent ones are just coasting along.
None of the depth goes into it anymore. The Conan O'brien years were the best. ... monorail. Best episode ever.

Futurama and Family Guy are both quality, and very funny, shows. But I have to disagree with them sharing the kingdom. Reason being they don't have 15 years under their belt. I will agree that Family Guy has an edge on the Simpsons because it has zanier material. The Simpsons is just a classic. It's like comparing Monty Python to Saturday Night Live.

I have it in Guitar Pro, but it seriously orchestrated. Not really something you can put into solo guitar tabs. So, no, I guess not. Sorry. I'm no help at all.

The main theme is pretty easy to pick off by ear. Those chromatics you can just shred around and nail something closley resembling it.
