phrasing is just the choice of notes you use. Just like the phrasing of sentences i could write "I am very cool" or i could phrase it differently like "Very cool i am" its the same thing just with notes instead.

Yes I like that analogy. You could also say that everyone's handwriting is different. So when you see two identical sentences copied out both are different in style and pattern
