yea but what does he do that makes it sound differnt? a bend is a bend right? i didnt think u could make it sound differnt from someone elses bend.
is like saying a hand is a hand they are no different, whilst its true that they look the same and are used in the same way each persons hand is different to someone else's. just playing the same notes as someone will not produce the same sound, similar yes but not the same. many guitarists use different kinds of vibrato for instance and this can shape a notes sound greatly. you just have to listen and compare.
phrasing is just the choice of notes you use. Just like the phrasing of sentences i could write "I am very cool" or i could phrase it differently like "Very cool i am" its the same thing just with notes instead.
