Well, I always mention "Free Fallin" but "Stairway to Heaven" sounds great on acoustic, too. You could try your hand at some easier classical stuff. Try your luck with some Dave Matthews as well. I don't particularly love his music, but it's a nice acoustic exercise. Besides, with the ones I've suggested, you could practice playing and singing simultaneously.

patience from guns n' roses is pretty fun to play but some of my favorit
acoustic songs are going to califonia, thats the way, and bron-y-aur stomp

and just to add to that list i think blackbird by the beatles is a great acoustic song not exactly that challanging but sounds really good.

Early David Bowie, songs like "Andy Warhole" of Hunky Dory or "Rock n Role Suicide" off Ziggy Stardust.

Not the easiest acoustic song to play, but my favorite at this moment is by Steve Vai.
