Converting music Files

I recorded a song on CakeWalk home Studio and was wondering if anyone knew how to convert it to a Wav or Mp3 file so i Can burn it on a CD. Also if anyone is interested in collaberating on some songs let me know. I am not a lyricist so I need a lot of help in that department. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
