hey all here is my continuing attempt to record a good track through computer stuff lol..Anyways i used a uber metal through my marshall miked through a instrument amp audio technica pro 63, to my soundcard and using adobe audition to layer the 2 tracks, tell me what you all think, i was going for diffrent emotions that I could get out of the guitar, hopefully you;ll see what I was trying to do Thanks for Listening and peace!

Pretty moody piece, I like the tone, it sounded metallica-esque. Only thing to add would be a tempo or key change to make it more compelling.

I like this. Nice bends...timing is good overall.

One thing you might do, and something I found out by trial and error through
this PC recording process, is triple all your tracks.

Like the lead track, have one panned hard left and another hard right.
Then have your middle track. Make sure and adjust the loudness on each
or it will be too loud and clip on ya.

This will give your tunes (production/mix wise) a bit more punch.

Might put the rythym track, in this case the acoustic like playing, and then
blast the solo up through the middle.

ALL MY MUSIC SOUNDS BEST...WITH SOME GOOD PHONES, AND PLAYED REALLY LOUD!!!!!!!!!

Try POWER DVD or a real piece of software.
WMP, Realplayer, and those little things kill...recordings...muffle them..take away the stereo field.
