I disagree with this 100% - sometimes it is helpful to have someone look at these situations from an objective position, and it is always helpful to have someone who you can tell it all to with no fear of repercussion or judgement, not to mention a professional therapist.

Seek help. It does not make you weak- burying these problems and emotions is dangerous, and talking it out is what helps you see it differently and release these feelings. Often emotional distress will be manifested in what are called psychosomatic illnesses- i.e., your mind makes you physically ill with no toxocoligical or physiological reason for doing so but every bit as real as if it were a physical illness.

I dunno man, I say get help, but if you need somebody to talk to- feel free to write. A'ight?
