Going to a counselor does not mean that you are week!
I think it actually takes a stronger man to admit he needs help and to seek it. Everyone has problems are issues in their lives, and everyne deals with those issues differently. Counselors help you find ways to deal with the things going on in your life. I am very grateful for the rough life that I have had. All the trials and issues that I have had to face have only made me a stronger person.
