need some help, pleeeeease

I posted a thread like this one a while ago, and it never really helped me, so I'ma ask again.

could anyone tell me the basics and maybe some tricks on how to play this kind of tab:

I know what hammer on is and all that, I can play lots of solos and fast parts, but I won't seem to learn how to play those kinds, just too dificult, anyway I would appreciate the help alot!!! ty :)

Not sure if this will help any, but I tried to write out out the tab with a fingering that may make iteasy for you (M = middle finger, I = index finger, R = ring finger). I changed the last note, the bend, to the 17th fret on the G string.
