yes they do (Im form the UK to though currently living in the US !).
However if you go to Yahoo.co.uk and click the "just search UK and Ireland option and enter something like "Avalon design" or "Shure" you should find a bunch of UK stores like www.Piedog.com or dolphin music that will have all the kit you could need.
