No no no, you're all wrong. John Schaffer is the riff master. His riffs (aside from his composing nearly every Iced Earth song alone) are what make him so well know.

Zack Wylde makes 'trucker' riffs...they sound like truckers would listen to them.Not there is anything wrong with truckers and there riffs.

I would say petrucci is the best riffer, but he's not, although he's my favorite guitarist, he's a lead guitarist, some of his riff's are cool. But I'm gonna say the guitarist from sevendust is the best riffmaster. Cant say I know his name, but I like there riffs alot
