Props to Dave Murray, one of the best guitarists EVER. I never see him in any guitar magazines, or on any websites. If it wasn't for Davey, metal would have a much different sound..

He and Janick Gers were in a guitarworld a while back...LONG while back, haha. It was titled "Iron Maiden: the fastest guitars in heavy metal." How untrue that is today. Still, Maiden is, without a doubt, the greatest metal band to ever have existed.

Dave has my respect also. I grew up listening to Maiden.

Im sorry to whoever said it but Dave Murray and Janick Gers are not the best duo ever lol. Dave Murray and Adrian Smith were better. Smith possesses great writtting skills while Dave has all the creativity he can handle in his hands. Gers is a great guitarist too but he tends to freestyle his solos live which bugs me sometimes.
