raising / lowering the bridge shouldn't make any difference to intonation as you are altering scale length.

The iceman looks like it has a LP style bridge. I have intoned these.

The first thing to remember is that the saddles can go in two ways and by reversing the saddle it is posable to get a little more travel out of it (i.e. with the flat end rather than the sloped end facing the Pickup in case of dropping the scale length).

After that it is just a case of finding the sweet spot.
