i was just wondering if anyone knows what effect if any that clapton is using for his guitar on sunshine of your love. I was thinkin it might be a fuzz but ive never played a fuzz so im not sure how they sound.

Considering the time frame he may have just cranked his amp up on "11" and let it overdrive itself...but if used an effect i think it was a fuzz.

I don't even like Clapton that much and i know that...in his Cream days he played Gibsons with humbuckers through Marshalls...then Derek and the Dominoes it was Strat through fenders..now its martin acoustics

Just saw an ad for a DigiTech Crossroads limited edition effects pedal. It has 7 settings for "Sunshine ...", "Layla Unplugged", and more.
If you, guys, try it, please let us know how it works for you.
