does anyone know any hard alternate picking exercises? and some good sweep picking exercises? thanks alot !!!

hi johnny5,
why not take the exercises you already have and try picking them without going in order(sring skipping).If you have an
exercise with three notes pr string for example running from low E to high, try starting on the D string, to B to A etc. It will test you a bit more and by god will it help your coordination.
