Since it's tradition in all forums, I thought I might put this here. I'm Patsai, Pat will do. I'm sixteen years old and I just began starting to play the guitar about a few days ago. I jumped and learned to play a few chords already and intros to a couple songs (I mentioned this earlier before somewhere else).

Having no previous knowledge on how to play guitars or any other musical instruments, I thought I might come here and perhaps learn how to play. The community here seems well done and friendly, and I hope to be part of it for a long time. This will hopefully be the starting stone to my path towards being a great electric guitarist.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention, my guitar idol is John Frusciante.

Welcome aboard!! It's always nice to have people on the board that can actually type and convey their messages without using interent lingo.
