Because I played this guitar for one hour I can’t list it as new. My 1st great guitar was a Fender Jazzmaster I purchased new in 1965. I sold it while in the Marine Corps. I wish I hadn’t done that but you live and learn. When I read that Fender was building ‘62 Jazzmaster Reissues I ordered one from my local music store. It was a completely nostalgic purchase. After having it set up with .009’s I took it home and played it for about an hour. The problem is: I’ve been playing les paul style guitars for the past 40+ years and couldn’t get into playing the Jazzmaster. So much for nostalgic purchases. If I could afford to: I’d keep the Jazzmaster but I have to sell it. MF sells this guitar for $1939.95..........I'll let this go for $1350....I'd prefer local pickup but will ship anywhere in North America for $50.
