You need to post the files somewhere on the web or on an FTP server and provide a link to them. Peferably a place where you can link to the song directly instead of making people register at a service like soundclick or whatever.
ie, $10 a month can easily get you about 5GB of space, you upload all your tunes to their server and provide direct links like this..

You're probably better off posting MP3 files too, cause some of us Mac users have problems with .wmv files.

Not that I know of unless it's a place like SoundClick etc...
Places like that work fine, but they're a pain for some people who don't want to be bothered with the hassles of surfing through multiple pages to find your music. If you pay for a decent server, all a person has to do is click on the link and within seconds your song will start playing.
For instance, if somebody posts stuff here and doesn't give a direct link, I'll usually avoid it cause it's not worth the hassle trying to get the files to work.
