I'd like to put a concentric pot on my tele for volume control over both bridge and neck pickups. Possible?

Also, I already have both the tone and volume controls as DPDT for series/parallel switching, so would I still be able to use a concentric pot?

If you can find the hardware, you can wire it up as you like. I don't recall seeing any dual pots with a switch in the usual guitar parts shops. I think Allen-Bradley used to have a prototyping line called stack-pots that could be configured that way. One possible problem is that such a control might require more body depth than your guitar has. It would be like three pots on the same shaft, and that's going be a long stack.
