Led zepplin - stairway to heaven
comfortably numb - pink floyd
all along the watch tower - jimi hendrix
fade to black - metallica
smells like teen spirit - Nirvana

plus anything from jack white, i like his guitar work

hands down

Judas Priest- Painkiller
Queen- Bohemian Rhadsody
Metallica- Creeping Death
Micheal Jackson- Beat it ( Eddie Van Halen is great)

the exact dates of these solos, i'm not to sure of. they ,may exceed your 25 year range, but i like these none the less.

basicaly by last 25 years i mean anything from the 80's up if the band was in the 80's or 90's and you like the solo then put it

George Benson-collaboration with Earl Klugh as the best solos I have ever heard or listened to.
