*YUP ! I FULLY agree :D...And when you find "that" tone, get down on your knees and thank the lord because there are SOOOOO many confused players out there who unfortunatly are being mislead by bad info and clever marketing.....If ya got the $$$$, THE base configuration (to use as a reference to judge others by, in my opinion) is a Strat or Les Paul played through a Marshall 50 watt head and 4 x 12 half-stack with celestion speakers......You CANNOT go wrong with this set-up....There are others who will compare their guitars/amps/speakers and claim they are just as good, BUT how many can claim that their set-up sounds BETTER? The list just got VERY short :D
