personally, i think that iron maiden are great!! their guitarists are really insprational for me as i like their chugging riffs and meloldic licks that they play. a particular favourite of mine is 'hallowed be thy name' from their 'number of the beast' album, which if you haven't heard of iron maiden, then this album, for me, is the one that i would reccommend.

My all time favorite metal band. Adrian Smith is killer, Dave and Janick are OK guitarists.

Though if you want a band like Maiden but with better lead guitarists, check out Judas Priest.

I like Iron Maiden better, because of their overall songs and Dickinson has the widest vocal range of any metal singer besides King Diamond. Though King Daimond sounds like he has ants in his pants...

Adrian Smith he can write excellent solos.Listen Somewhere In Time there adrian is at one's best.Adrian is undervalued guitarist and Murray.

Yea dude. Maiden rules!

I couldn't imagine my 80's childhood without 'em!
Blues is easy to play, but hard to feel.
