start learning spanish

hi people ,
i have just got a spanish guitar , i have no past experience with any kind of guitars , i would like to ask , if i want to be good , should i have a teacher or i can teach myself ?? here in my country there is no books for guitars , so i only have the internet..
what do u recommend me ?? a teacher , or reading something online and teach myself?

there are plenty of free websites that can teach you the basics. i reccomend you use these to get to grips with the essentials. Try learning chords at the moment then once you can handle the most common ones try different styles like finger picking etc.
