Get a metronome, set the tempo to where you can play the solo cleanly and comfortably, then bump the metronome setting up about 4 or 5 bpm, get to where you can play it cleanly at that tempo, and keep going up in increments of 4 or 5 bpm's until you reach the tempo that the song is in..
