yesterday my treble humbucker died and I need to buy a new one, now I have a epiphone special model ( cheap les paul copy) and I´m thinking about getting some gibson humbuckers insted, the p-100 ( modern version of p-90) sounds interesting, and at the same time I'm looking towards the seymor and duncan mics.
I am interested in 2 different sounds, the first one is a clean sound suted for blues music, and the other is a lower sound, a real metal sound, mashugga is a favorit.
have anyone of you some experience with either of these mics or do you have any recomendations towards companys that makes humbuckers.
