I'm sure he meant "not an original band" instead of "not a real band". Nevermind, it was Jolly, so not a real band is what he meant. :rolleyes: Just remember that he's an inconciderate bast*** with the maturity level and mindset of a 4 year old, easy to ignore, but hard as hell to get rid of...lol :D

I didn't take offense or anything. We just booked our first show and we're getting paid $800 to play for 3 hours. Not bad for a band that's not really a band.

That's great! That's alot better than my band is doing, but we're not a cover band though. We are starting to throw in some covers though to spice things up and to have fun with.

Yeah, I'm in an original band also, and here in South Carolina, cover bands make a ton more money than an original band. The last show my original band played, we only got paid $30. We only played for about 45 minutes, but, I was pissed.
