If a chick dumped me and went out with another guy and decided she wasn't happy with him and wanted to go back out with me again, I'd say 'NO'. That would be an insult to my face. I don't want to be hers again after some guy has messed around with her. My rule is if you dumped me, there's no going back. Second chances are stupid.
