On a gibson les paul.. on the neck... at the side of each fret the binding on the neck meets the edge of each fret. The binding doesnt run parrallel to the fret board.. it sticks up at every fret if you get what I mean...
Well...
On ono of my LPs when you pull off the high e strng, the string gets stuck inbetween the edge of the fret and when the binding meets the edge fo the fret!
Any of you guys ever experienced this? can I fix it easily!
You have two options: trim away the offending bit of the binding, or stick it down out of the way. Some good-quality cyanoacrilate glue will work for this job. Just be careful not to glue yourself to the neck! If you ever decide to get this axe re-fretted, be sure to have it done with the ends of the frets extending over top of the binding.

Theres nothing to trim away though.. there must be a gap between the edge of the fret and thd binding that meets the edge... its a real bummer... it feels like fingers on a blackbaord when the string gets jammed and stuck *shivers*
