I'm having trouble getting the rythm for the verse and chorus part (acoustic) of Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters", could someone show me the note values or a sound file with just the guitar part (no singing)? Thanks.

I find midi files a great help in learning songs. Here's one for NEM: click here

Then, you need to find a "karaoke" style midi player that'll allow you to mute the different instruments, and mute the "vocals" (which are usually cheesy sax interpretations).

Here's one I use: VanBasco's karaoke player
... and that's all I have to say about that.

You could always give Power Tab a shot. Here's the link for Metallica - Nothing Else Matters

Don't you have to pay for it though? Power Tab is free...
