help sweep picking

i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice or exercises or something to help me to learn how to sweep pick. any help would be greatly appreciated

Ya I'm only 13 and I'm not too educated in the guitar language so don't call me stupid because I'm asking this...What is pick sweeping?

Pick sweeping or sweep picking is slang for being selective with your cleaning habits. As many people suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder, they sweep their houses way too often. Unless you have a Swiffer Picker Upper™, that's a lot of work! No ordinary broom can handle extensive sweeping. Be selective or 'pick' your sweeping, otherwise you'll never find time for any of the fun things in life.

Sweep picking is a guitar technique that makes playing arpeggios a lot easier at faster speeds , you can say it's the opposite of alternate picking.

I'll give you an easy 3-string sweeping example:

The picking goes like this : D D D U U , D D D U U .
D=Downstroke , U=Upstroke .
Try to make the notes sound even in time intervals , and as clear & clean as possible with and without distortion.
